PIYASABU CANCELLATION POLICY

1. GENERAL TERMS At Piyasabu, we strive to provide a seamless experience for our users. We understand that plans may change, and orders may need to be canceled. This policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations can be made and any applicable charges.

2. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS You may cancel your order under the following conditions:

  • Before Processing: Orders that have not yet been accepted by the restaurant, market, or pharmacy can be canceled without any charges.

  • After Processing: If the order has already been prepared or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible, or a cancellation fee may apply.

  • Delivery in Progress: Once a courier has picked up the order, cancellation is not allowed.

  • Subscription Services: If you have subscribed to a recurring service, cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.

3. CANCELLATION PROCESS

  • Users can request a cancellation through the Piyasabu app or by contacting customer support.

  • If eligible, refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 3-7 business days via the original payment method.

  • If an order is canceled due to an issue on the part of the vendor or Piyasabu, a full refund will be provided.

4. EXCEPTIONS The following situations are not eligible for cancellation:

  • Orders that have already been picked up for delivery.

  • Items that are customized or specially prepared upon request.

  • Certain products, such as medications or perishable foods, based on vendor policies.
